Members of the Markham Federation of Filipino Canadians were honoured by the Canadian governement by celebrating the volunteers who have spent years in the service of this beloved organization.  The Markham awards celebration was held at Crystal Fountain on Octover 3, 2023 and of the 3,400 volunteers awarded, 15 were awarded to the MFFC.

Every December 30, the Filipino Canadians in Markham lays a wreath to commemorate the martyrdom of our national hero Dr. Jose P. Rizal.  To view more photos click here. To view the newspaper article, click here.

The Markham Federation of Filipino Canadians has filled the December calendar to the brim! The seniors had their Christmas party on December 3rd with a full serving of food and partying!  

December 5, 2022 - The Markham Federation of Filipino Canadians held their Annual General Meeting on December 4, 2022 via Zoom. This is the third year the AGM has been held virtually.
